I also need AC bracket and tensioner. (Two of them, actually). I went on amazon and bought the hoses by the foot. Also found the fittings and the crimping tool. Found a condenser that should fit with minor modification.

This is the smaller hose (#6) going from the firewall to the receiver and from there to the driver side condenser.

I measured 6 feet but this 30 foot roll was only $ 17.00 so I bought it.

This is the number 8 hose going to the compressor and from there to the passenger side condenser.
I think 8 feet is enough, but I bought this, and it is pricey:

You can buy this by the foot, and it is around $3 per foot. There are several websites that have it like

Now, you may want to go to a shop and have the ends crimped on, but I bought the crimper for $150 and also a vacuum pump and the flush kit and theR134a and will do it all myself.

The fittings:
Looks like for the #6 hose I need 2 45 degree fittings and 2 90degree fittings.
Looks like for the #8 hose I need 1 straight fitting and 3 90 degree fitttings

The crimping tool:

The flush kit ( I will use rubbing alcohol and compressed air to flush it):

I am not a pro and came up with these hose and fitting sizes by looking at my 86 and 89 Troopers, measuring and doing online research.
This is what I came up with and there is no guarantee that this is accurate. I am going to do this by myself because 20 years ago, I serviced Household A/C units and refrigerators. Also, the idiot that I am, I took my AC components out when I lived on the Oregon coast where it is always cold and now I moved to Arizona and it gets baking hot....

CORRECTION: Looks like when using the factory condenser, each line needs a straight, a 90 and two 45 degree fittings.

Yeah I have the the oem condenser, I got my hands of the lines the two rubber ones on the compressor is good but the long one and the two on the sides of the condenser is smashed I was think about getting them made but if I could use the rubber hose instead would be way cheaper
Thank you,
Kila
