I also need AC bracket and tensioner. (Two of them, actually). I went on amazon and bought the hoses by the foot. Also found the fittings and the crimping tool. Found a condenser that should fit with minor modification.
Now, you may want to go to a shop and have the ends crimped on, but I bought the crimper for $150 and also a vacuum pump and the flush kit and theR134a and will do it all myself.
I am not a pro and came up with these hose and fitting sizes by looking at my 86 and 89 Troopers, measuring and doing online research.
This is what I came up with and there is no guarantee that this is accurate. I am going to do this by myself because 20 years ago, I serviced Household A/C units and refrigerators. Also, the idiot that I am, I took my AC components out when I lived on the Oregon coast where it is always cold and now I moved to Arizona and it gets baking hot....
Yeah I have the the oem condenser, I got my hands of the lines the two rubber ones on the compressor is good but the long one and the two on the sides of the condenser is smashed I was think about getting them made but if I could use the rubber hose instead would be way cheaper
Thank you,
Kila
