That looks great twilson! I too have been meaning to paint my wheels
What did you use, and how did you prep?

PS your sig says you have a magnaflow catback...did you get it ustom made, or did you just put the muffler in and left the old piping?
How do you like it?

Cleaned them real good with some degresser, hit them with a brillo pad and some light sand paper, let them dry wiped them off real good, we put a piece of paper over top all four rims cut a hole in the paper with a razor knife and taped everything off so no paint was on tire we hit it with a good coat of primer let it dry. My buddy paints cars so he sprayed the rims black (omni gloss black ) with a paint gun it toke about 4 coats of that then he hit it with 2 coats of clear. they make the truck look amazing i will get some better pics up soon i love them, did not think they were going to turn out like they did.

and yes custom magnaflow cat back exaust got it done at a exaust shop. Stock pipe from the y pipe to the muffler - then muffler back with custom pipe from muffler to rear bumper. It sounds pretty good expesially going from 5th gear down to fourth on the highway has a good sound :) . but its only a 3.5l so its not going to sound like a dodge ram. in fact the guy at the exhaust shop was a dick and told me me ''if i want it to sound like a dodge ram,,, buy a dodge ram'' lol but for it being a V6 it does sound good. I dont have any advice on if a flow master would sound on it if it would be any better or not but it sounds pretty good. like i said not real deep like a v8 but it has enough. I think if the truck was set up with true duals it would sound good even with duals it may sound better.

Nice! I have a few different methods for painting I have in my head, someday I'll get around to it...

I'm not gonna try to make it sound like a v8, just as long as its loud and not ricer-y :) been there done that! I was gonna just hack the pipe myself and clamp it in but I decided to do it the right way and have it custom installed at a meineke or something with a nice tip ;)
But no big projects till after Christmas!

What do you need the voltmeter for? Isn't there one in the gauge cluster?

Looking good otherwise. But this baby needs some LIFT!!!

I know, I know, I shouldn't be talking

Meh right now I think I'm just gonna get the 919s cuz I don't wanna go to high and make my 32s look small cuz I just got them
After I do that I'll do spacers and new wheels/tires but that's very far down the road...$$$!

Are the roof racks you have the ones that bolt down into the factory roof rack mounts? Underneath the rubber weather strip?
Cuz if they are, where'd you get them? I want a set of those

Yes. Its the Isuzu Yakima roof rack and it bolts right under weather strip. I purchased it from another member on here a few months ago :) Im not sure where you can get them now but do a Google search im sure JCwhitney or another auto outfitter store will have it for you. The ski rack is nice i had a snow board and set of skis up there.
