The ITOG option codes page is a great resource with 547 codes that we've used for years. I put together a page with 1100 Isuzu option codes. In no way should my page be considered complete or up-to-date, but you may find some codes that you couldn't find before.
88-91 I4 Troopers came with an Aisin 30-80LE automatic transmission, also identified as A340H
90-02 V6 Troopers have a GM 4L30e Turbo Hydra-matic (THM) automatic transmission
What year is your truck?
So this might be a dumb question but what are the bracketed letters next to some of the codes' description. For example I have option code RBB and there are quite a few but with different letters
Not sure what they are officially called, but I have seen the same two letter codes used in other service documentation.
Here are the codes from the 1999-2002 Workshop Manual.
