2002 Isuzu Trooper. 178,000 miles. Recently within the last two months my ABS light came on. This week my brake pedal started to creep pretty substantially while sitting at a stoplight. The pedal would go to the floor. Today I replaced the master cylinder as well as inspecting all the lines for a leak and found nothing out of the ordinary. I have bled all four corners of the old fluid for the most part. I have refilled the system with DOT 4 fluid. The brakes have substantially improved but I still have about 50% of the creep that I did to begin with. My question is can air in the line caused this problem where the air slowly compresses or can there an issue in the ABS pump that has some sort of bypass that would cause this as well? Or is it something I have no clue about?

Sounds like a bad power brake vacuum booster or maybe a vacuum leak.
Check vacuum hose for cracks & check the connections at the booster and intake.
Rockauto sells remanufactured & new boosters:https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/isu ... oster,1884
Lots of used and new on eBay too:https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw=20 ... =0&_sop=15

Also if the seals are worn on the caliper pistons they can be pushed past. Usually you'll see weeping on the suspect caliper dust seals or on the wheels.
